Hotel Amenities - Breakfast is included and is available each morning from 7:00 am in the hotel. Simply go up to the New York Palace Cafe on the ground floor.
Meeting for new Customers and Friends- On Tuesday afternoon we have a new meeting designed to say hello to the ‘class of 2026’. We look forward to meeting you all and answering your questions and sharing information with you there.
Tuesday Evening Gathering - On Tuesday evening we invite you and your spouse/partner to a beautiful experience. We are meeting in the world famous New York Palace Cafe, Budapest. It will be an unstructured evening, giving everyone a chance to mix and connect over gourmet food and drinks. Please meet at the cafe at 18:00, or if you are arriving later, come directly to the cafe whenever you can get there.
Wednesday and Thursday User Forum - Our User Forum will take place in Riviera A meeting rooms and will begin on Wednesday morning at 09:00. For further information, see the agenda. Thank you for joining us for this 2026 SureWx User Forum.
