Hotel Amenities - Breakfast is included and is available each morning between 7:00 am and 11:00 am in the hotel.
Meetings with Account Directors - On Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, the booked meetings will take place in ‘the Twins’ meeting room.
Tuesday Evening Gathering - On Tuesday evening we invite you and your spouse/partner to Restaurant Pla B. It will be an unstructured evening, giving everyone a chance to mix and connect over tapas and drinks. Please either meet in the hotel lobby at 18:00, or if you are arriving later, come directly to the restaurant at 18:30 or whenever you can get there. See map and address below.
Wednesday and Thursday User Forum - Our User Forum will take place in the Twins meeting rooms and will begin on Wednesday morning at 08:30. For further information, see the agenda. Thank you for joining us for this 2023 SureWx User Forum.
Wednesday Evening Dinner Event - Please see our Events & Dinner section for more information. Separate dinner arrangements will be organised for spouses and partners.
